A Russian woman holidaying in the Dominican Republic has died after hanging her head out of the window of a fast moving car while topless, as it was all recorded on a phone.

35-year-old Natalia Borisovna Borodina, from Moscow, was hanging out of the passenger side window after taking her bikini top off while her friend drove the car.

Natalia was playing up for the camera as she and her friend laughed and she hung the top half of her body outside of the window while the car was still moving. Suddenly however, she was hit by a lamppost.

The shocking video footage was taken on a highway near Punta Cana. The footage is believed to have been filmed by the mother-of-one’s friend Ivanna Boirachuk, who is 32, and who was also driving the car at the time.

Before Natalia meets her sudden and tragic end, Ivanna can be seen filming her topless friend as she plays for the camera and sticks her finger in her mouth whilst hanging her upper body out of the window.

However, just moments later, the video also captures the harrowing impact that takes the young mother’s life.

According to Russian media reports, that were reported by the Daily Mail, Natalia was subsequently rushed to hospital but died after arrival as a result of her ‘serious injuries.’

Our thoughts go out to Natalia’s friends and family during this extremely difficult time, and because of the tragic and disturbing nature of the footage, we have decided not to show it on our page.
